An integrated campaign comes alive with experiential
TKMaxx’s strategy is fully integrated and spans Europe. Its customer mission during the peak Christmas period is to always deliver the biggest gift for the smallest price. For their 2017 Christmas campaign, working with the insight that the most-wished-for gift each year is a white Christmas, Weiden & Kennedy’s christmas TV ad offered lucky customers the chance to win a real White Christmas experience, for absolutely nothing - if they found a giant snow globe in store.
Working with TK Maxx’s local agencies in UK, Ireland, Germany and Poland, we lead the development and delivery of every customer experience and made sure everyone had a White Christmas to remember, whatever the weather.
The campaign increased year-on-year footfall for the peak Christmas retail period.
